3108 Run – Edisi Sabah Day 2026 (“Acara”) dianjurkan oleh SabahRun (“Penganjur”).

3108 Run – Sabah Day 2026 Edition (“the Event”) is organised by SabahRun (“the Organiser”).

2. Event Details

📍 31 Daerah Sabah termasuk Labuan

Acara ini dilaksanakan secara serentak di semua daerah yang mengambil bahagian di seluruh Sabah.

⏰ 7:00 AM (Simultaneous Statewide Flag-off)
📍 31 Districts of Sabah including Labuan

The Event will be conducted simultaneously across all participating districts throughout Sabah.

3. Eligibility & Medical Declaration

```

3.1 Penyertaan terbuka kepada individu yang sihat dan cergas.

3.2 Peserta mengesahkan bahawa mereka berada dalam keadaan kesihatan yang baik dan sesuai untuk menyertai acara ini.

3.3 Peserta yang berumur di bawah 18 tahun mesti mendapatkan kebenaran daripada ibu bapa atau penjaga sah.

3.4 Penganjur berhak menolak atau membatalkan penyertaan tanpa notis sekiranya berlaku pelanggaran terma dan syarat.

3.1 Participation is open to individuals who are physically fit and in good health.

3.2 Participants confirm that they are medically fit to participate in the Event.

3.3 Participants under the age of 18 must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian.

3.4 The Organiser reserves the right to reject or cancel any registration without prior notice if any terms are violated.

4. Registration, Payment & Refund Policy

```

4.1 Yuran penyertaan adalah RM65 seorang.

4.2 Semua pembayaran adalah muktamad, tidak boleh dipulangkan dan tidak boleh dipindah milik.

4.3 Penyertaan tidak boleh dipindahkan kepada individu lain.

4.4 Tiada bayaran balik atau penangguhan akan diberikan kepada peserta yang gagal hadir pada hari acara.

4.1 The registration fee is RM65 per participant.

4.2 All payments are final, non-refundable and non-transferable.

4.3 Registrations cannot be transferred to another participant.

4.4 No refund or deferment will be granted to participants who fail to attend the Event.

5. District Slot Limitation

```

5.1 Setiap daerah mempunyai kuota penyertaan terhad.

5.2 Pendaftaran akan ditutup secara automatik apabila kuota bagi sesuatu daerah telah dipenuhi.

5.1 Each district has limited participant slots.

5.2 Registration will close automatically once the quota for a district has been reached.

6. Race Entitlements

Peserta yang berjaya mendaftar layak menerima:

Item tambahan bergantung kepada kategori Early Bird yang diumumkan oleh Penganjur.

Registered participants are entitled to receive:

Commemorative Finisher Medal
Additional items depending on the Early Bird category announced by the Organiser.

7. Race Kit Delivery

```

Kit acara akan dihantar ke alamat yang diberikan oleh peserta semasa pendaftaran dan dijangka sampai kepada peserta sekurang-kurangnya satu (1) minggu sebelum acara berlangsung.

Peserta bertanggungjawab untuk memastikan alamat penghantaran yang diberikan adalah lengkap dan tepat. Penganjur tidak akan bertanggungjawab atas sebarang kelewatan, kegagalan penghantaran, atau kehilangan kit akibat maklumat alamat yang tidak lengkap atau tidak tepat.

The race kit will be delivered to the address provided by the participant during registration and is expected to reach the participant at least one (1) week before the event date.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is complete and accurate. The Organiser shall not be responsible for any delay, failed delivery, or loss of kit due to incomplete or inaccurate address information.

8. Event Conduct

```

8.1 Peserta wajib mematuhi semua arahan yang diberikan oleh marshal, petugas acara dan wakil Penganjur.

8.2 Peserta hendaklah berkelakuan secara bertanggungjawab dan menghormati peserta lain sepanjang acara berlangsung.

8.3 Penganjur berhak menyingkirkan mana-mana peserta yang didapati melanggar peraturan atau mengganggu kelancaran acara.

8.1 Participants must comply with all instructions given by marshals, officials, and authorised representatives of the Organiser.

8.2 Participants must behave responsibly and respect other participants throughout the Event.

8.3 The Organiser reserves the right to remove any participant who violates the rules or disrupts the Event.

9. Safety & Emergency

```

Peserta wajib mematuhi semua arahan keselamatan sepanjang acara berlangsung.

Penganjur akan menyediakan bantuan perubatan asas di lokasi acara.

Keputusan pasukan perubatan dan pihak keselamatan adalah muktamad demi keselamatan peserta.

Participants must follow all safety instructions during the Event.

Basic medical assistance will be available at the event locations.

Decisions made by the medical and safety teams are final in the interest of participant safety.

10. Liability Waiver

```

Peserta menyertai acara ini atas risiko sendiri dan bersetuju untuk melepaskan Penganjur, rakan penganjur, penaja dan rakan kerjasama daripada sebarang tuntutan kecederaan, kehilangan atau kerosakan harta benda yang mungkin berlaku sepanjang acara.

Participants take part in the Event at their own risk and agree to release the Organiser, partners, sponsors and affiliates from any claims arising from injury, loss or property damage during the Event.

11. Force Majeure

```

Penganjur berhak untuk menangguhkan, mengubah atau membatalkan acara sekiranya berlaku keadaan di luar kawalan seperti cuaca ekstrem, bencana alam, sekatan keselamatan atau arahan pihak berkuasa.

Tiada bayaran balik akan diberikan dalam keadaan tersebut.

The Organiser reserves the right to postpone, modify or cancel the Event due to circumstances beyond control such as extreme weather, natural disasters, security restrictions or directives from authorities.

No refund shall be issued under such circumstances.

12. Media & Data Protection

```

Peserta bersetuju bahawa gambar, video dan rakaman acara boleh digunakan oleh Penganjur untuk tujuan promosi dan dokumentasi acara.

Maklumat peribadi peserta akan digunakan hanya untuk pengurusan acara selaras dengan undang-undang Malaysia.

Participants consent to photographs, videos and recordings being used by the Organiser for promotional and documentation purposes.

Personal data will be used solely for event management in accordance with Malaysian law.

13. Undang-Undang Terpakai / Governing Law

Terma & Syarat ini tertakluk kepada undang-undang Malaysia dan bidang kuasa mahkamah Malaysia.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia and subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.

14. Keputusan Muktamad / Final Decision

```

Keputusan Penganjur adalah muktamad dalam semua perkara berkaitan dengan acara ini.

The Organiser’s decision shall be final in all matters relating to the Event.
